19. Making a Purchase

To make a purchase, add products to your cart, provide customer and shipping information, choose a shipping method, and complete payment. For wholesale orders, a formal quotation and proforma invoice will be issued before production.

20. Shipping Times & Delivery

Most wholesale orders are produced and dispatched within 7–20 business days depending on quantity and customization. We ship worldwide by air, sea and international couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS and others). Tracked shipping details are provided once the order leaves our factory.

21. Payments and Currencies

Prices are quoted in USD or CNY. We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal and major credit cards for sample orders. Payment terms for bulk orders are confirmed in the proforma invoice.

22. Promotional Codes

Any promotional or coupon codes may only be redeemed against eligible orders, must be entered at the time of ordering, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

23. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on this page. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
